About Brenda Cheng
Brenda Cheng has followed the Malaysian and Southeast Asian esports scene for more than eight years, from the early days of MPL Malaysia watch parties to today's packed arena finals. At me88 she writes the esports betting guides and breaks down odds, markets and match-ups across the titles Malaysian fans care about most — Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends and PUBG Mobile.
Her focus is practical, beginner-friendly education: how decimal and Malay odds actually work, how to read a map handicap, and how to size a bet without chasing losses. Brenda is a firm advocate for responsible betting, and every guide she writes puts bankroll discipline and staying in control ahead of any single wager. She aims to help readers understand the markets before they stake a ringgit — never to promise winners.
